Bulles de Ruche invites you to their one-hour workshop on the theme of “Modern Cheeses & Mead”. The workshop will begin with a presentation of Bulles de Ruche and modern mead. Then there will be an introduction to pairings between cheese and mead: with three different pairings, marrying the flavours of our meads with the special characteristics of the selected cheeses.
