“If you are looking for unlikely discoveries/pairings, this workshop is for you!  We invite you to take part in a tasting of 3 cheeses with a tequila, a mezcal and an artisanal jam made from 4 red fruits and flavoured with tequila. 2 different alcohols from the same plant: agave. Come to the cheese and dairy products show to discover this marriage of tastes and cultures. Martha Murguia, tequila Ambassador in France and promoter of Mexican agave distillates, will be on hand to talk you through the tasting". Off we go to Mexico!
