This is the second edition of the competition! The candidates will have to prepare dishes in front of the work assessment and tasting judges, proving their mastery and their creativity in relation to this original product from the Ile-de-France region. Members of the general public will also be in attendance to watch our professionals provide demonstrations of their know-how! Come and enjoy this promising new competition organised this year by Eric Lefebvre, one of France's foremost cheese-making craftsman!
