«The sheer scale that the Cheese and Dairy Products Show reached in 2016 has established its reputation as a major event for professionals in the sector. The exhibitors were very satisfied with the way in which the show was organised, and particularly with the contacts that they made with visitors." says the manager of the show.

«This year' show really did have international scope! all the overseas exhibitors were delighted to be visited by French buyers and vice versa." says Alain Dubois, Chairman of the show.

4 days featuring numerous events

Visitors to the show were treated to numerous fun and educational events, ranging from the Lyre d’Or Competition and Experts’ meetings featuring – for example – the topic of cheese in catering... to cooking demonstrations from chef Sugio Yamaguchi, unusual combinations of fruit juice and cheese, or special breads and cheese, as well as the Fontainebleau competition or Coups de Coeur Competition.

A major unmissable high-quality show, according to exhibitors

"This is the seventh year that we have exhibited and we are very pleased. It's a major event: we establish numerous high-quality contacts at the show which all lead to something.  We've had visitors from all over the world to our stand: Japanese people, Israelites, Canadians… and being singled out as one of the Judges' Favourites has definitely given us a little something extra".

Henri Daniel Raynaud, President of the Etivaz Alpine cheese producers' cooperative

"As is the case every year, we are leaving the show with a very good feeling. This year – the 14th edition – has been a very good year and I'm delighted. We have had a number of very interesting discussions – mainly with wholesalers. One of the show's distinctive features is that it is aimed at high-quality professionals. And that's very important for us".

Gilles Fabre, Manager of the Laiterie Fabre

"We were exhibiting for the first time at the show. There's a genuine need for cheesemongers in what we do. It was a very interesting show. We received the perfect welcome and established many positive contacts, both among exhibitors and visitors (such as Fauchon), as well as among the many international cheesemakers".
