The Cheese and Dairy Products Show has chosen, in partnership with the Fédération des Fromagers de France (Federation of French Cheesemakers) and the CFPL (dairy products training centre), various locations which reflect diversity and innovation: a visit to Rungis, a tour of various food sales concepts, a visit to a cheesemaking workshop, etc. 

A unique opportunity to spend a whole day or just half a day immersed in the world of high-quality cheese and dairy products!

Whole day & Rungis - Thursday 21st November 2019 

All aboard for a day spent learning about what cheesemongers do every day!

Following a morning visit to the Rungis Dairy Product Hall, you will dine at Monbleu: one venue, two functions – a cheese dairy and restaurant, which specialises in cheese, obviously. In the afternoon, you will visit innovative retailers on the Paris scene so you can talk to enthusiastic professionals.

Price includes: transport throughout the day, lunch, being accompanied by a professional from the Dairy Product Training Centre and a tour of the Rungis market and its sales outlets.
Tour begins at 8 AM (Porte d’Orléans) and ends at 4:30 PM

Half day - Tuesday 3rd December 2019 

All aboard for half a day spent sharing experiences and learning about cheese!

After a visit to the Fédération des Fromagers de France, you'll head for various innovative retailers on the Paris scene to find out about different sales outlet concepts: specialised in raw milk, traditional, a selection of wine merchants and cheese dairies, etc. You'll end the afternoon with a guided tasting session of seven cheeses and four wines.

Price includes: being accompanied by a professional from the Dairy Product Training Centre, visits to various sales outlets, the guided tasting session and travel between the various locations.
Start: 2 PM – End: 6:30 PM / Meet in Paris in the 1st arrondissement

Whole day - Thursday 16th January 2020 

Immerse yourself in the expertise of cheesemakers!

Following a meeting with the Fédération des Fromagers de France, you will begin by visiting the Laiterie de la Chapelle, a new location where 100% Parisian cheese is made, and will spend the whole day visiting various retailers. You will be able to talk to enthusiastic professionals, get inspiration from their various sales outlet concepts, and much more.

Lunch will be at Monbleu: one venue, two functions – a cheese dairy and restaurant, which specialises in cheese, obviously. The day will end at a location that is half dairy, half wine merchant in Paris' 10th arrondissement.

Price includes: transport throughout the day, lunch, being accompanied by a professional from the Dairy Product Training Centre and a tour of sales outlets.
Tour begins in Paris at 9 AM – ends at 5 PM

Half day - Saturday 22nd February 2020 

Meet Parisian cheesemongers

This half day spent entirely on visiting various sales outlets in Paris will be all about sharing and comparing experiences. You will be able to talk to enthusiastic professionals and get inspiration from their various sales outlet concepts – from the most traditional to the most experimental! You'll end the afternoon with a guided "Cheese and Wine" tasting session.

Price includes: being accompanied by a professional from the Dairy Product Training Centre, visits to various sales outlets, the guided tasting session and travel between the various venues.
Tour begins in Paris at 2 PM – end scheduled for 6:30 PM

Following a morning visit to the Rungis Dairy Product Hall, you will dine at Monbleu: one venue, two functions – a cheese dairy and restaurant, which specialises in cheese, obviously. You will spent the afternoon visiting three very different Parisian sales concepts: that way, you will be able to engage in discussion and find inspiration between tradition and experience! Added benefit, you will be invited to the "Exhibitors'" Evening at the Cheese and Dairy Products Show.

Price includes: transport throughout the day, lunch, being accompanied by a professional from the Dairy Product Training Centre and a tour of the Rungis market and its sales outlets, as well as a VIP badge for unlimited access to the Cheese and Dairy Products Show from Sunday, 25 February.
