Develop your business in total safety
Despite the unprecedented circumstances surrounding this reopening, our goals remain unchanged:
- help you recruit new customers,
- support you in developing your business,
- enable you to communicate with your peers.
Consequently, to continue fighting Covid-19 and ensure that the event management sector can fully and durably return to business, we have introduced a health protocol.
Its purpose is to guarantee the safety and protect the health of all show participants, whether exhibitors, visitors, partners, service providers or employees.
Observing the health protocol drawn up with the authorities
In accordance with the recommendations and wishes of the French government, our health protocol for the event sector was drawn up in close cooperation with the authorities.
We have introduced a code of conduct aimed at participants which incorporates all the health and safety measures imposed as part of the fight against Covid-19: barrier precautions, distancing rules, health pass, etc.

IMPORTANT: you will be asked for a vaccination pass.
The "vaccination pass" means presenting one of the following three documents:
- certification of vaccination (complete vaccination schedule, including booster dose within the time limit for eligible persons from 18 years and 1 month)
- certificate of recovery of more than 11 days and less than six months
- certificate of medical contraindication to vaccination
This vaccination pass takes the form of a QR code to be presented in digital or paper format.
In addition, a health pass will be required for people aged between 12 and 15.
It consists of the presentation - digital or paper - of one of the following three health proofs:
- Vaccination*
- RT-PCR or antigenic test or self-test under the supervision of a health professional, less than 24 hours old at the time of the control
- Recovery**
*Only vaccines from BioNTech and Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca and Janssen Pharmaceutica SA are recognised in France
**RT-PCR or positive antigenic test older than 11 days or less than 6 months
Please note
People taking part in a vaccination programme until 15 February 2022 have the temporary possibility of benefiting from a valid "vaccination pass", provided they receive their second dose within 4 weeks and present a negative test less than 24 hours old.
Also from 15 February 2022, the period of validity of the vaccination certificate without a booster shot will be reduced to 4 months instead of 7 months.
All information is available on this page.
These measures are likely to evolve according to the decisions of the French authorities and the progression of the health crisis.

Communicating efficiently for better protection
The public health measures that must be observed and the practices deployed to guarantee everyone’s safety are communicated to participants ahead of the event. We have therefore published this protocol, and we invite exhibitors and visitors to download and activate the mobile app TousAntiCovid before and during their participation at the exhibition.
To help guarantee the best conditions at our show and anticipate future developments in the public health crisis, we remain in permanent contact with the authorities and health services.
We are delighted to finally be able to meet up with you again, and we look forward to welcoming you.
