On the cheese side:
PUR BREBIS - KULULU - FRANCE - STAND F026
Kukulu is a raw ewe's milk cheese with a natural rind. It is made in the Basque Country, between Espelette and Itxassou, at the Kukuluia farm. This farmhouse cheese is matured for 3 to 6 months. Lovers of sweet cheeses will appreciate its texture and very pleasant taste.

CREMOSO AL TARTUFO- FROMI - ITALIE STAND A062
This creation is made from a very creamy gorgonzola that is matured for 90 days. Then for 15 days we let it infuse with our truffle mixture, and finally the cheese is covered with truffle shavings. To be enjoyed with good bread!

On the dairy side :

As light as they are delicious, the 7.9% fat fromage blanc on a bed of jam appeal to all ages. 4 different flavours are on offer: strawberry, raspberry, apricot and chestnut cream.
